The Member of Parliament for Asutifi South constituency, Collins Dauda, was spotted at the Accra High Court following his recent arrest by the police.
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) MP was seen leaving the High Court wearing an all-white kaftan and carrying documents.
A report from GhOne TV noted that Alhaji Dauda appeared in court for the Saglemi Affordable Housing case currently being resolved in court.
The MP avoided interacting with the media and instead waved at individuals who addressed him as "honorable" as he exited the court premises.
It will be recalled that the Asutifi South MP was arrested by the police for his alleged involvement in disturbances at a center during the Limited Voter Registration exercise.
After discussions between prominent NDC figures and the police, Dauda was released on bail.
