Concentrate on unity and developmental projects - Manaf Ibrahim tells Muslims

Political affairs director at the Presidency, Manaf Ibrahim has charged Muslims to concentrate on unity and developmental projects to transform communities rather than bemoaning on every single situation that has to do with them.

Mr Ibrahim believes such acts do not only caused unnecessary brouhaha but shift attention from the actual happenings.

He says, when that is done, many of the challenges confronting the Muslim community would be solved.

Mr Ibrahim was speaking at the Kumasi edition of Fiqh of Love Kumasi on Saturday.

The day-long workshop saw hundreds of attendance from and within Kumasi inspired more than before.

Participants were trained on the need to uphold the right of Women, managing depression, and issues related to Relationships in accordance to the Islamic Jurisprudence.

Saudi trained Marital adviser, Hajia Aisha Mohammed Saleh, advises partners to be truthful to each other whether in hard or better times.

She stresses the need for learning about emotional intelligence which can help one manages emotions.

According to her, they are three connections one has to work on, the first is the connection between one and his God, the second is the connection to oneself which includes the time one has for his or her self.

The third connection is the connection has with others which also includes how one relates to people around him/her.
