Lakeside Estate has, for the 3rd consecutive year, won the coveted Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) ‘Real Estate Company of the Year 2023’ at the 35th CIMG Annual National Marketing Performance held on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at the Labadi Beach Hotel.

The Chief Executive Officer of Lakeside Estate, Dr. Prince Joseph Ayiku, emphasised the importance of teamwork and collaboration in executing timely projects.

He believes that real estate businesses can continue to thrive once they adopt customer-oriented strategies to meet consumer demand.

The company first won the prestigious award in 2019 and subsequently won it in 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Dr. Ayiku told the media after his outfit, Lakeside Estate, was once again named the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) ‘Real Estate Company of the Year’ for 2023.

This marks the third consecutive year the firm has received this prestigious award, which was presented during the 35th CIMG Annual National Marketing Performance Awards held on Saturday, September 7, at the Labadi Beach Hotel.

The Institute, in a citation, highlighted the company’s success in providing housing units that meet the aspirations of Ghanaian homebuyers, noting that the firm’s dedication to customer satisfaction has set it apart in the industry.

Dr. Ayiku highlighted the role of the company’s strong digital presence, combined with traditional marketing efforts, in connecting with customers.

He also mentioned the company’s unwavering commitment to quality at all levels of development, which he believes sets the market leader apart from its competitors.
