"Without the co-operation and assistance of the traditional authorities, the Assembly cannot chalk any meaningful achievements", he said and implored chiefs in the area to help solve chieftaincy disputes that had hindered development in the Municipality and the region. Nana Asor Nkrawiri expressed appreciation for the visit and noting that the position was challenging called for unity of purpose among Assembly Members and support the MCE. He advised the MCE to set aside political differences and exhibit a sense of nationality in his administration to ensure the rapid growth of the area.

He called on the MCE to use his term of office to help extend pipe-borne water and boreholes to all communities in the area and the completion of an abandoned electrification project in his area.
