Dr. Frank Bannor, the Head of Research at Danquah Institute, a policy think tank, has charged Ghanaians, particularly members and supporters of the New Patriotic Party not to vote "skirt and blouse" in the December 7 parliamentary election.

Condemning the current happenings in Parliament where the Minority insist on taking the majority chamber resulting in Parliament going on indefinite suspension twice, Dr. Frank Bannor advised the electorates to give the New Patriotic Party (NPP) a clear and convincing majority in the next Parliament which begins next year.

He slammed the Speaker, Alban Bagbin and the NDC Minority in Parliament for what he believes is a deliberate act by them to disrupt parliamentary business.

In view of the Speaker's failure to ensure peace and order in the House, Dr. Bannor, speaking on Peace FM's "Kokrokoo" show, said; "Nothing good can come from that other side and that even becomes a more important reason that Ghanaians going into December 7 elections should reject the NDC and reject anything that is associated with the NDC."

He cautioned Ghanaians what could happen if they either vote the NDC as majority in Parliament or repeat the skirt and blouse voting that characterized the 2020 elections saying "if we get any parliamentary system closer to what we are seeing today, the worst is yet to come".
