Details emerge on how Koku Anyidoho registered Atta-Mills Institute without knowledge of late president's family

GhanaWeb has in its possession, a document from the Office of the Registrar General, detailing how the Atta-Mills Institute was registered by Samuel Koku Anyidoho without any family member of the late President John Evans Atta Mills knowing about it.

The document reveals that the institute was incorporated on January 31, 2017, with four board members.

On the board, Adolf Boateng Anom was named as an executive council member and director, also holding the position of secretary.

The other executive council members named are Andrews Kweku Kankam, Claricer Numekor Acolatse, and Samuel Koku Anyidoho.

John Evans Atta Mills was the President of Ghana from 2009 until his untimely death in 2012.

He was known for his dedication to peace and development in Ghana.

The Atta Mills Institute was established to honor his legacy and promote his values, focusing on leadership development, governance, and social justice initiatives.
