Addressing a group of people in Accra this morning in commemoration of the June 4 revolution, former president Rawlings cautioned against apathy among Ghanaians affecting others.

He made reference to the death tolls recorded from the explosion and flooding which is collectively above hundred with many recorded injuries.

“Who is going to pay their children’s school fees, who is going to take care of their families? This dog eat dog mentality should cease,” he warned.
