Don't mind the old man -Ministers to JAK

Two members of the ?Ambitious Six' have said that they will not be intimidated by the President's recent threat against Ministers with Presidential ambitions.

"Don't mind the old man. Didn't you hear him? He himself said that in politics there will always be ambitions, so what is the worry? It is ambitions which brought him this far".

The two ministers who did not want to be quoted said that if the president's statement is put into perspective, it does not constitute a gag order on any minister with presidential ambitions.

These comments came in the wake of threats from President Agyekum Kufuor, during last Tuesday's Meet The Press, where he said that any Minister who ?peaks' himself before the time allowed for those with presidential ambitions to step forward, would risk their jobs.

The president added that the mandate of his government is four years and that the ministers are supposed to ensure that they work towards the realization of the goals set by the government.

Meanwhile deep throats have hinted the Enquirer that already Presidential ambitions for some of the ministers are said to have reached their peak, even though on the quiet.
