Don't play double game with God - Christians urged

Winneba, March 7,GNA - Apostle Samuel Ayisi-Larbi, Founder and Leader of the Power of Christ Ministry International Church with Headquarters at Kasoa has cautioned Christians not to "play double game" with God by secretly consulting juju men for spiritual interventions. He urged women especially the barren, traders, pregnant and the married who claim to be followers of Christ also not to depend on juju for material things.

Apostle Ayisi-Larbi addressing members of the Winneba branch of the Ministry as part of the activities marking Ghana's 48th Independence anniversary at Winneba on Sunday, pointed out that Christians who combined Biblical principles with that of "demons" aggravated their problems and increased the anger of God.

He charged Christians who combined their religious life with atheism to stop the practice describing it as dangerous and said the problems confronting many homes and the nation could be attributed to the failure of the people to adhere strictly to the commandments of God. Apostle Ayisi-Larbi expressed the hope that Ghanaians would obey the commandments of God and conduct themselves according his wishes, saying, "the nation's numerous social, economic, political and other pressing issues would be resolved in no time".

He advised the people irrespective of their social, ethnic and political background to use the occasion to reflect on their past performance and to endeavour to make amends for better results.
