Dr. Anthony Adade declares intention to contest for NPP USA chairmanship

Former Chairman of the Massachusetts branch of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Anthony Adade has declared his intention to contest for the USA Branch Chairmanship position should the party open nominations.

He says though it is too premature to start any form of campaigning, he is making it clear that he is going to contest for the USA Branch Chairmanship position of the party and asking for support.

In a Press Statement released to New Vision Radio in Worcester, Massachusetts, Dr. Adade who is an Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Worcester State University, indicated that with his vast experience in party politics and grass root organization, he is fit for the job.

"As a former Chairman of NPP Massachusetts and currently a member of the NPP USA Council of Elders, I have dealt with party members at all levels and I know how to deal with them when it comes to party organization and structure”, he indicated.

According to Dr. Adade, the NPP needs people with such experience to ensure that the party continuous to stay in power for the development of the country.

“With your help, we can continue our forward momentum of winning the 2020 elections with the recent High Court approval of ROPAA for all Ghanaian citizens in the diaspora, so vote Anthony Adade as your next Chairman of NPP USA”, he added
Dr. Adade said he will officially launch his campaign in due course to solicit for support to ensure that he wins the Chairmanship position to enhance the strength of NPP USA and also contribute to the sustainability of NPP in Ghana and the development of Ghana as a nation.

Dr. Adade hold a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northeastern University, Boston Massachusetts, a Master of Science and a Doctorate Degree from Lesley University, Cambridge Massachusetts all in the USA.

Dr. Adade has been a card bearing member of the NPP for many years. He was the first Chairman of NPP Worcester Branch now NPP Massachusetts Chapter during its inception in 2004. He is currently a member of NPP-USA Council of Elders.

Dr. Adade is a business executive with many years of executive leadership experience in Information Technology in the business and public sector. He is currently the Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Worcester State University, Worcester, Massachusetts.

Dr. Adade has authored numerous articles and book, including “Teaching ITIL to Technology Managers” at Amazon, and a recent article “Technology and Ghana’s 4th Republic: Every Country Regrets not doing this Sooner”
