Guinness Ghana has launched a thrilling promotion dubbed, ‘EEBO SO’ promo, in Kumasi to reward Ghanaians with prizes in cash, airtime, and free drinks worth GHS3 million.

From today, when you buy any 3 bottles of Star Beer, Guinness FES, and Orijin you stand a chance of winning loads of airtime, free drinks every day with weekly cash prizes of GHS50, GHS100 and a grand prize of GHS5,000.

Earlier this year, Guinness Ghana Breweries PLC announced the relaunch of the production of the great tasting, quality Ghanaian beer, Star Beer in Kumasi where it was originally brewed in Ghana. Asanteman continues to celebrate the return of the production of Star Beer.

Commenting on the launch, Estella Muzito, Marketing, and Innovation Director at Guinness Ghana said, “As we bring back the production of Star Beer in Kumasi, we are here to launch EEBO SO promotion as a token of our love to Asanteman and Ghanaians as a whole. Star Beer has been refreshing the people of Kumasi since the 1960s and has become a symbol of Kumasi's identity. With this promotion, Guinness Ghana seeks to give back to Asanteman and Ghanaians by providing every Ghanaian above 18 years of age with the opportunity to win their share of GHS3 million in prizes”.

Explaining the mechanics of the promotion, Roland Ofori, Head of Beers at Guinness Ghana said: Each time you buy any Star Beer, Guinness Foreign Extra Stout and Orijin, look under the crown for a unique code. Dial *1000*Code# for a chance to win loads of cash, free drinks, and airtime”.

Redemption of the prizes is only valid within the duration of the promotion. There is no restriction with regards to the number of times you can participate. However, consumers are allowed to win only twice daily.

EEBO SO promotion was launched in Kumasi at the Star Beer Shine on Concert where Guinness Ghana collaborated with local artisans, musicians, and cultural change makers in the Ashanti region. There were performances from Fameye, Strongman, DJ Aroma with Mensa Jnr as MC.
