52441 registered voters are expected to participate in the 2024 general election in the Assin Central constituency.

The election is taking place in 108 poling stations across the constituency.

About 19 polling stations to monitor the process. As early as 5:30 am, people were in queues waiting for their turn to vote.

In all the polling stations GhanaWeb visited, it's either a police officer, fire service, or an immigration officer was in charge of the security.

Voting actually started exactly 7am, but other polling stations started voting a few minutes after 7 am as scheduled by the Electoral Commission.
