Ellembelle MP lauded for development drive at Bomoakpole

The Member of Parliament (MP) for Ellembelle, Mr. Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah have been commended for his swift response to the developmental needs of the town.

Mr. Daniel Adeah-Kaku, National Democratic Congress (NDC) Organizer at Bomoakpole, commended the MP in an interview with the Ghana News Agency at Bomoakpole in the Western Region.

According to him, the three and a half year reign of the MP has witnessed a massive improvement in the life of the inhabitants due to a number of social interventions.

Mr. Adeah-Kaku, known in political circles as 'Filler', mentioned the completion of an abandoned market shed within two months, which was started in 1994 but had been at a standstill.

Mr. Kaku recalled that not quite long ago when the transformer which supplies power to the town became faulty, Mr. Buah quickly provided the town with a new and bigger one.

The MP has also been supplying the town meters and street bulbs at no cost, all to beef up security during the night.

The organizer mentioned 5 students, who have enjoyed full and half scholarships from the MP, in his quest to improve education in the area.

Mr. Adea-Kaku appealed to the people in the area, especially the youth, to retain Mr. Buah as MP, since he is the only one who has the development of the people at heart.**
