Founder and leader of the Economic Fighters League, Ernesto Yeboah has been granted a GH¢100,000 bail with three sureties.
Mr. Yeboah is standing trial for failing to notify the police about the black lives matter vigil and breaching restrictions imposed on public gatherings.
He has pleaded not guilty and the court granted him the bail with three sureties; two of whom are to be public servants.
Ernesto Yeboah has been charged on two counts – failing to notify the police about the vigil and breaching E.I 64.
Mr. Ernesto Yeboah was arrested and detained at the Accra Central Police Station by the joint police and military personnel at the vigil organized at the Black Stars Square last Saturday.
