Faradey Martey Adden, head of family, and the elders of the Adden Royal Gates of Adden Darpoh Family of Dawhenya, has cautioned the public to be wary of individuals and estate developers selling lands to prospective land developers at Dawhenya.

Faradey Adden, in an interview with the GNA on Friday said, it has come to their notice that some estate developers and individuals were selling lands in Dawhenya to unsuspecting prospective land developers with fake documents.

He said the Adden Darpoh Family will use all legal means to stop any fraudulent developer with fake documents or encroaching on the lands.

Mr Adden urged individuals or developers wishing to acquire lands in the area to crosscheck with the family, and that whosoever purchases land in the area without due diligence does so at his or her own risk.
