Eva Lokko flexes muscles: I will work like a market woman

“... Have you seen how market women work? Have you seen women on the farm? That is stress and they manage it beautifully Can you imagine the stress a mother goes through during pregnancy? in fact we are used to it,” these were the words of newly appointed running mate of the Progressive People's Party, Eva Lokko when asked if she could contained the pressures of being in politics.

The engineer cum communication expert added that her gender would not impede her competence during the campaign trail.

Eva Lokko has been described by the flag bearer, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom as a principled, competent and an incorruptible individual.

Ms. Lokko stressed that being a resourceful woman brings an additional benefit to the PPP’s intentions of addressing pressing matters hampering the socio-economic development of the nation.

“... because women don’t complain, you will think we don’t go through stress. We do and I know the campaign trail will have stress but we are used to stress. We will walk on that campaign trail and talk to people to vote for the PPP to transform their lives,” she asserted.
