The National Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Mr. Kofi Adams, has revealed that all is not well with the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) even though its officials want to make the party appear united.

Mr. Adams stated that even on suspension as the NDC Deputy General, he vigorously campaigned for the party in the run-up to the 2012 general elections wondering why suspended officials of the NPP are not directly involved in the party’s 2016 campaigns.

“Even if on suspension, I vigorously campaigned for the President John Dramani Mahama and he won the elections. Where is Kwabena Agyepong and Paul Afoko in the NPP’s campaign”, he asked.

He observed that a leader who has brought about acrimony in his own party resulting in sharp divisions should not be given the opportunity to govern the country as such traits will be embedded in his governance style.

The John Mahama 2016 Campaign Coordinator told Kwame Adinkra on Abusua Nkomo that the two suspended officials should have joined in the campaign just like him if Nana Akufo-Addo who is the NPP flagbearer had shown he is a leader and not a dictator.

Mr. Kofi Adams, was suspended from his position as Deputy General Secretary and s also lost his membership of the party temporarily in 2012.

It was after a leaked tape with a voice purported to be his was heard saying he will do everything possible to prevent President Mills from securing the mandate of Ghanaians for a second term.
