The spokesperson for Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the Vice Presidential Candidate of the NPP, Fiifi Boafo, is calling on voters in the Tarkwa Nsuaem Constituency to go all out and vote.
Casting his vote at UMaT this morning, Fiifi Boafo observed that people were not at the polling stations to vote.
He said, "We have very few people who have cast their votes so far. It's early in the day, so we are hopeful that as time goes on, people will come out and vote."
He attributed this to the long queues that characterize polling stations during elections in the early hours, with the hope that the queues will reduce so that people can go out and vote.
Fiifi described the process as a smooth one. "I am impressed with the polling stations I have been to so far. We don't have long queues, no acrimony, no violence, or anything that seeks to undermine the electoral process."
