A fire outbreak has been reported at the Commonwealth Hall of the University of Ghana in Accra.
A video captured on Tuesday evening shows flames emanating from a structure atop the hall.
The footage reveals students making desperate attempts to extinguish the fire.
As of now, the cause of the fire is unknown, and it is unclear whether the Ghana National Fire Service has attended to the incident.
