....In Ghanaian Politics

According to the gender activist It is therefore not surprising that in Ghana, what has become known as 'the winner takes all' politics is pervasive.Executive President still appoints 30 percent into the assemblies. Speaking during a roundtable discussion on democracy and governance in Africa, Pepera explained that, she is worried about what will happen during and after the 2016 elections not necessarily because the outcome will mean a lot to Ghana .. the country of her birth..
The democracy and governance roundtable was organized by the ( CFA) Constituency For Africa.--and the national democratic institute endowment for democracy in Washington DC .
