Ghana winger David Accam has been ranked the 19th best player in the Major League Soccer following his devastating form for Chicago Fire.
The winger has scored 12 goals already in the season creating 7 assist in the process.
However, he was dropped from the Major League Soccer team that will face Real Madrid this month.
Coach of the MLS all-star team Veljko Paunovic is Accam’s coach but dropped the speedster leading to reports there is a fall out with the player and his manager.
Accam’s teammate and former Manchester United midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger has been ranked fourth with Spanish football icon David Villa topping the list.
Former World Footballer of the Year Kaka places 21st on the list.
The Ghanaian's speed has long assaulted defences, but this season Accam's goals are up 59 percent compared to 36.6 percent last year.
It's yet another reason why the Fire have been so much better than last season, and as a result, even more overseas clubs are beginning to take notice.
