Multiple Brain Integration Techniques, commonly known as mBIT, is a cutting-edge approach that harnesses the power of the multiple brains within the human body - the head, heart, and gut brains - to facilitate holistic decision-making, emotional intelligence, and overall well-being. This came to light after successfully completing a training program in France on Sunday, 21st July 2024.

This innovative technique has gained global recognition for its profound impact on personal and professional growth. The newly certified mBIT trainer from Ghana brings a unique perspective to the field, combining a deep understanding of African cultural nuances with the advanced methodologies of mBIT. This achievement not only highlights the individual's dedication and expertise but also underscores the potential for growth and development in the African coaching and personal development industry.

"Becoming the first Black professional mBIT trainer in Africa is a tremendous honour. I am passionate about empowering individuals to unlock their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.

....This historic milestone is not just a personal triumph but a collective step towards a brighter future for personal development and coaching in Africa.

mBIT offers a transformative approach that can help people achieve greater harmony and success in their personal and professional lives," he said.

He added, "This is not just a reflection of my individual efforts but also a celebration of teamwork and collaboration. It represents the collective efforts of everyone who has been a part of this journey. Together, we have pushed boundaries, overcome challenges, and achieved remarkable milestones.

With this achievement, I am reminded of the responsibility and professionalism it carries. It is a reminder to continue striving for excellence, to remain committed to my goals, and to inspire others along the way, "this is my quest."

This achievement is a testament to the possibilities that arise when innovation meets dedication. I am motivated to keep pushing the limits, to innovate, and to make a positive impact in our field.

The certification of the first Black professional mBIT trainer in Africa is expected to inspire more individuals within the continent to explore and embrace this powerful technique.

As the demand for personal development and coaching continues to grow, the introduction of mBIT in Africa represents a significant step forward in enhancing the well-being and potential of individuals across the region.

It would be recalled that in 2021, Scofray Nana Yaw Yeboah became the first Certified Ontological Coach in Africa from Ideal Coaching Global, California, USA. In 2023, he again completed the Ontological Executive Coaching level, making him the first Certified Ontological Executive Coach.

His interest in neuroscience, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and ancient wisdom endeared him to mBIT coaching. In 2022, he enrolled into NeuroCoach Institute in South Africa for the mBIT Coach Certification and furtherest to become Africa's first black male mBIT Master Coach.

There are various niches of coaching, such as business, health & wellness, financial, career, executive, leadership, teams, spiritual, etc., all for the effective growth of the human capital development ecosystem. Research across many disciplines has made sterling revelations on how coaching has impacted great minds the world knows, such as Oprah Winfrey – a legend of television, David Pottruck of Charles Schwab & Co., Steve Jobs of Apple, the late Nelson Mandela – the former president of South Africa, Meg Whitman of eBay, Serena Williams – a living tennis legend, Bill Gates of Microsoft, Henry McKinnell of Pfizer, etc.

This niche in the human capital development ecosystem has been cardinal to produce excellent results in developed nations worldwide.

Scofray Nana Yaw Yeboah is also the President of the Ghana Chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential.

It is a vital support service for personal development, corporate culture modelling, teamwork and performance, effective leadership, and productive management.

According to Coach Scofray, coaching is a proven tool for boosting performance, enhancing communication, and achieving goals.

"By prioritising ethical coaching practices, an opportunity will be created to connect Ghanaians with qualified professionals and individuals while propelling businesses to greater heights,” he added.

Individuals can expect a 70 percent increase in performance, goal attainment, and overall life satisfaction through coaching.

Teams experience a 50% boost in collaboration and performance, while organisations witness a remarkable 48 percent increase in overall performance, driven by revenue growth, employee retention, and stronger customer relationships.

Most of all, corporate bodies are making a 78% Return on Investment through investment in executive coaching.

The Ghanaian mBIT trainer's success story is set to pave the way for more breakthroughs in the field, contributing to the broader goal of fostering a culture of continuous growth and development in Africa.

In 2023, Scofray Nana Yaw Yeboah was awarded the first Past Learner “Fellow (FInstCM)” membership status by the Institute of Commercial Management (ICM), UK. The ICM UK has, over 44 years, awarded 2,243,297 plus professional and academic qualifications through 250 approved centres in 139 countries, including Ghana, on 169-course topics. This gives him direct access to the ICM Leader’s Club, the golden level of ICM’s prestigious and distinguished members.

This feat came from Coach Scofray being the first student of ICM to complete an Advanced Diploma in Leaders Studies globally while pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Management Studies in 2018.

His exceptional career path as a Transformational Executive Coach, high-end professional Corporate trainer, and consultant got him a seat among learned and seasoned professionals who were members of two separate panels to review two new courses the Institute of Commercial Management introduced in the last three years.

The trade name Zoweh Global Consult, which Scofray operates with after rigorous standard requirements, got ICM endorsing and approving their unique “Neuro-Emotional Intelligence for Effective Management” training.

This suggests that wherever Scofray facilitates this training, the certification of participation will be issued by ICM-UK. This is also another first for a past learner of ICM to reach such a strategic professional service or training partnership.
