There was commotion along the footbridge leading to the Accra Mall when a Ghanaian woman confronted a Nigerien street beggar.

This occurred after the Ghanaian woman witnessed the street beggar allowing her children to defecate on the footbridge.

In a video shared on X (formerly Twitter), the woman, who was outraged by the act, scolded the street beggar for condoning such a terrible behaviour.

She threatened to report the beggar to the task force to serve as a warning to the other street beggars occupying the bridge.

“Does this place resemble a place where people defecate? I was watching you when you carried your two kids to defecate on the foot bridge and you collected them afterwards.

"...Why do you commit such acts like these, I will report you to the taskforce. You could have even taken your kids under the bridge to ease themselves, but you decided to allow them do this on the footbridge,” she angrily said.

The woman blamed Ghanaians for their tolerant nature.

“It's Ghanaians I blame because we allow these people to come and misbehave. Why would you do this?” she expressed.

The incident caught the attention of passersby crossing the bridge, with some confirming what the woman had witnessed and others expressing disgust over the issue.
