Ghanaian youth are being challenged to adopt creativity and innovation in helping government develop the Country.

Speaking at a summit dubbed, Higher level leaders’ luncheon’’ convener of Sureword Global Outreach UK, Rev. David Asamoah expressed concern about the lack of leadership training amongst the youth in the country.

He chastised institutions both private and public and the country’s educational system to factor leadership mentoring programs in its academic calendar to guide and build confidence of the young ones.

Organizers of the event were excited about the eagerness of the youth to take a cue and seek knowledge on leadership and said although it was the maiden edition the summit shall be organized every quarter of the year to transfer the necessary leadership tools to the young ones to prepare them adequately for the future.

Amongst the topics discussed were strategic leadership, women leadership, the leader and lifelong learning, and the leader and transferrable skills.
