Brands Manager of Vitamilk Ghana, S. Boateng has encouraged the general public to comply with the various measures announced by the government in the quest to defeat Coronavirus.
Ghana’s President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has placed a ban on public gatherings which includes religious activities, football, funerals, weddings, among others as the country battles Coronavirus. The populace has also been urged to wash hands with soap under running water, use alcohol-based sanitisers as well as nose masks to prevent contracting the disease.
Making a donation to the National Chief Imam secretariat, Mr. Boateng stressed on the need for all to abide by the protocols.
He further advised all Ghanaians that the current Covid-19 dispensation requires all to carefully select diets with high nutritional value which can boost one’s immunity and also enhance total wellbeing.
The goodwill of management of the company was extended to the Muslim community on Sunday as they celebrated Eid-ul-Fitr.
A special package of assorted Vitamilk products were donated to the Chief Imam secretariat in appreciation of the loyalty and commitment of all Muslims as they mark the end of the fasting month of Ramadan.
Boateng entreated all Muslims to continue praying for Ghana and to promote modesty, self-control and charity as prescribed by the Holy Prophet Mohammed.
Upon receiving the items, the spokesperson for the National Chief Imam expressed profound appreciation and prayed for Allah’s blessing for the company and all their loyal customers.
