Ghanaians will bring truthful NDC back in 2020 - Former NDC MP

Kwasi Adusei Kwasi Adusei

Former National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament (MP) for Ahafo Ano North Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Kwasi Adusei is optimistic the party is on course to wrestle power from ruling the New Patriotic Party (NPP) come 2020 general election.

According to him, everything is pointing to a fact that the Akufo-Addo government is failing Ghanaians with expectations that the economy and security of the country will not be destabilized.

Kwasi Adusei explains that the NPP in the build-up to the last general elections criticized the then John Mahama led government claiming it was an unwise decision to accept two ex-Guantanamo detainees into the country.

“What are we seeing today? …why is the current government not sending them back to where they came from as they told electorates before coming to power”, the former lawmaker quizzed.

“The lies of this government is now exposed. Ghanaians have seen them and surely will bring truthful NDC back in 2020. …we were candid to the electorate”, Kwasi Adusei spoke on Kumasi-based Nhyira FM ‘s morning show.

According to him, the Ghanaian electorate is all bent on voting for NDC with former President John Mahama as the party’s presidential candidate for the 2020 polls.

“I personally have done some works and Ghanaians are convinced they will vote for JM if he leads the party”, the former lawmaker revealed to host Aduanaba Kofi Asante Ennin.
