Prosecution said during medical examination, the Medical Doctor found out that the victim had been defiled several times and that she had sex a week to the day she was brought to the hospital.

Prosecution said the victim further disclosed to the Medical officer that a male adult has been defiling her since 2015 and that when the accused defiled her the first time, the accused warned her that he had planted juju in her mother’s room that her mother and sister would die if she screamed.

ASP Boafo said Ampah confessed to the complainant when he was quizzed, while the victim’s father recorded the accused confession.

In the said recordings; the Prosecution said Amaph indicated that he had tried on two occasions to have sex with the victim after fondling her breast.
