Founder and Leader of Glorious Word Ministry International, Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah have sounded a word of caution to individuals who belittle the significance of religious leaders in their respective nations and in Ghana especially.

Known for his rather controversial prophesies particularly on every New Year’s Eve, the clergyman during the 31st Watch Night service Sunday, noted that every country world over depends on God’s direction to thrive, hence the bad-mouthing of prophets must discontinue.

Owusu Bempah averred that prophecies are God’s communique to mankind which prophets decipher and deliver them in simple statements, adding however that persons who speak ill of such prophets are likely to face doom.

“…If you can rule your nation well, you must listen to the voice of the God. We rule nations with prophets… Every prophet that God gave to Israel had a prophet attached to him. God doesn’t do anything except he has revealed it to his prophet and people,” he said.

“Prophecies will never expire. People have risen against prophets from ancient days till now but you cannot swallow the prophetic spirit. If you hate prophet’s woe betide you and anyone that hates prophets hates the word of God.

“Never say prophets don’t respect”, he warned.

Defending the altar of God, Isaac Owusu Bempah said the cast aspersion on him on several platforms in no way will deter him from prophesying what has been revealed to him in the spiritual realm.

He indicated that prophets have tasks to undertake but until their jobs are done critics can have cold drinks and chill.

“If God doesn’t stop speaking how can prophets stop speaking? If God is still speaking the prophet will continue to speak because when God speaks I hear and I say. The day God will be quiet, Owusu Bempah will be quiet. The day God will be quiet, prophets will be quiet", he maintained.

Meanwhile, in another round of predictions for the year 2018 Rev. Owusu Bempah has said that the wife of Ghana’s President, Rebecca Akufo-Addo may bite the dust if Ghanaians don’t pray to avert any planned death on her life.

In 2017, the prophet similarly, prophesied the deaths of two national figures in 2017; a former president and a former first lady of Ghana, adding that until Ghanaians intercede on behalf of the two individuals, the prophecy shall come to pass.
