HOUSE OF COMMONS TEAM VISITED GHANA

A six-member delegation from the House of Commons visited Ghana on Sunday May 28 to Sunday June 4 as part of a programme designed by the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) to enable member-countries acquaint themselves with other Parliaments.

While in the country, the group called on the Speaker of Parliament, Mr. Justice D.F. Annan and later listened to proceedings of the House.

The group also called on the Ga Manste, Nii Amugi II, and on the Asantehene, Otumfuo Opoku Ware II, at the Manhyia Palace.
