Half Assini Hospital acquires medical equipment

The Half Assini government in the Western Region has through its internally generated fund procured medical equipment and other machines valued at 11,900.00 Ghana Cedis, to improve health delivery.

The equipment includes two oxygen concentrators, 8 pulse oximetres, four infrared thermometers, 16 air conditions, computers, two printers, photo copier machines, lamination and projector machines.

The new Medical Superintendent of the Hospital, Dr Jonathan Mensah, made this known at Jomoro District stakeholders’ meeting of the hospital, at Half Assini.

He said the hospital would acquire more equipment for it to befit the status of a district and referral hospital.
