The Ministry of Health opened applications for the recruitment of registered Ghanaian nurses to Barbados on Thursday, August 15, 2024.
A statement released by the ministry and signed by the Chief Director, Alhaji Hafiz Adam, directed registered nurses who are eligible to apply to access the forms on the ministry’s website.
“The Ministry of Health wishes to inform the General Public that, the anomaly on the portal for the recruitment of Ghanaian Nurses to Barbados has been rectified.
“The application commences today, Thursday 15th August 2024 at 2:00 pm. Prospective applicants are requested to formally access the form on hr.mov.gov.gh and click on Barbados application to follow the instructions to apply,” parts of the statement read.

RE: RECRUITMENT OF GHANAIAN REGISTERED NURSES TO BARBADOS
The Ministry of Health wishes to inform the General Public that, the anomaly on the portal for the recruitment of Ghanaian Nurses to Barbados has been rectified.
1. The application commences today, Thursday 15th August, 2024 at 2:00 pm.
2. Prospective applicants are requested to formally access the form on hr.mov.gov.gh and click on Barbados application to follow the instructions to apply.
3. The public is kindly informed that the Ministry of Health does not have an alternative application portal and middlemen with regard to the recruitment of Nurses to Barbados. Any suspicious activity should be reported to the Chief Director of the Ministry.
4. The deadline for the application is Thursday, 220th August, 2024.
