VRA Health Services Limited, a vital institution that has long been a beacon of hope and healthcare in the region, marked a significant milestone in its history.

The event, graced by key figures from the community and government, featured a sod-cutting ceremony for a new NICU and Pediatric Ward, further cementing the facility’s status as a critical component of the region's health infrastructure.

Dr. Kwabena Omari Yeboah, Medical Director, reflected on the hospital's journey, highlighting its transformation from a modest infirmary into a major healthcare provider with a profound impact.

“Our dedication to quality healthcare has remained steadfast, and today we pay tribute to the community that has stood by us throughout our journey,” Dr. Yeboah remarked.

Mr. Kofi Tutu Agyare, VRA Board Chairperson, emphasized the enduring collaboration between VRA Health Services and the local community, noting the shared growth and success over the years. “This celebration honors our community as much as it does us,” he stated.

Minister of State at the Energy Ministry, Herbert Krapa, lauded the hospital’s leadership and its contributions to national healthcare, highlighting its evolution into a facility of national prominence.

“As VRA Health Services celebrates this pivotal milestone, the community eagerly anticipates the ongoing expansion and enhancement of services that will benefit the region’s health and well-being for years to come,” Krapa noted.
