According to sources, the nucleus family of the two girls was yet to come out of their trauma after news of the sudden demise of the two beautiful siblings reached it.

Eyewitnesses accounts had it that the three siblings were with their mother at her shop at Inchaban last Monday but when it was getting dark, the mother asked them to go home and bath.
They indicated that the three girls then boarded a tro-tro and upon getting to Shama junction where they lived, they alighted.

“So as the two younger siblings were crossing the road, a mini bus which was allegedly speeding from the opposite direction hit them,” an eyewitness indicated.
