Holiday makers throng La-Beach Resort

A large number of holiday makers took advantage of Easter Monday to fill the La Pleasure Beach Resort to capacity.

As at 12 noon, there was a long queue of anxious holiday makers waiting for tickets to enter the resort to have fun.

One of the side attractions at the beach was horse riding, which attracted a fee of GH¢4.00 for a 100- metre ride.

Mr Williams Fiabu, a staff of the Ghana News Agency, who patronised the horse ridding testified that it was “a real lifetime experience”.

“I was afraid to get near a horse and today I am sitting on one. I taught I would have fallen down as the horse moved the first step, but I had a safe ride,” he said. **
