Home coming for Yonso citizens

Yes, you heard it right! Yonso is in the news once again! Yonso Vision of North America is organizing a Home Coming for all Yonso citizens both at home and in the diaspora.

Yonso citizens living in the USA and Canada are coming home to join forces with their fellow ‘Yonsonians’ for the big event. The time is here with us once more to come together as a family and do something meaningful to put Yonso on a higher pedestal and make this great town a showcase through our voluntary spirit that we are known for. The Yonso Clinic is crying for help, and needs major upgrades. That is our number one focus and we need to come together to raise funds to give the Yonso Clinic the facelift that it deserves.

Mark your calendars for June 9th, 2013. Two other important activities preceding the grand occasion beginning June 7th are:

• Clean up exercises in the Yonso town and adjourning communities.

• Free health screening for all by the newly opened state-of-the-art Horizon Hospital at Mbrom, Kumasi.

This is an exciting and a fun time to come home to meet friends and family. Let the proud sons and daughters of Yonso come together, have fun, and improve the conditions of our beloved town -Yonso!!!

To all Yonso citizens in Europe, Japan, and elsewhere, come one, come all!!
