The Founder of Glorious Word Ministry International, Rev. Isaac Owusu-Bempah, has expressed his disappointment in the CEO of Public Sector Reforms, Thomas Kusi Boafo, for making false allegations.
The pastor recalled a moment when he healed Kusi Boafo at the hospital when he had almost died and saved his life through God’s intervention.
He noted that he did not expect Kusi Boafo to lambast him and tarnish his image by claiming that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) gave him huge money to prophesy victory for John Dramani Mahama in the 2024 general elections.
Speaking to his congregants, Rev. Owusu-Bempah debunked the claim by Kusi Boafo and added that he would never stoop so low as to undermine God’s powers by taking a bribe to give a fake prophecy.
“Kusi Boafo claims NDC gave me money worth 5 billion concerning the prophecy [Mahama would win the 2024 elections]. I don’t want to talk about him. He should ask his wife and family when I was invited to the hospital. He was a corpse lying down, and I entered the spiritual realm to take his soul from death through Jesus Christ and gave him life again, which surprised the doctors.
“He later came to thank me in the house, and I didn’t take any money for the miracle. Didn’t your wife tell you that you died? Today you are on the radio accusing me of taking money from NDC. Can five billion buy me? God forbid,” he said in Twi.
Despite the vehement backlash the Glorious Word Ministry International founder has faced, he has remained firm on his prophecy about Mahama winning the 2024 elections.
