Presidential candidate of the People's National Convention (PNC), Dr. Edward Nasigri Mahama has on the electorate to vote for him when Ghana go to the polls because he is ready to become the President of the Republic of Ghana.

The gynecologist cum-politician said, he is ready to show that Ghana has all the needed resources to be better then Singapore, Malaysia and other countries across the globe.

Dr. Mahama who was speaking to party supporters at the National Executive Council (NEC) meeting in the Ashanti Region said, Ghanaians must give the PNC a chance to give Ghana a new way to be self sufficient.

According to him, it is time for the electorate to vote out the NDC, reject the NPP and vote in a PNC government led by him to make sure that Ghana do things differently.

"They have tried the NPP and the NDC; it is only PNC they have not tried. There are 25 parties registered on the books of Ghana but you all know from the beginning; 1992, its being the NDC and NPP...You've tried the NPP and the NDC and now is the turn of the PNC."

He bemoaned the level of high level corruption which he posited is killing Ghana, high rate of unemployment especially among the youth which he stressed will only be a thing of the past should he be given the nod.

On his part, Mr. Bernard Mornah, Chairman of the party said, the PNC will not go round telling Ghanaians it cannot put money in their pockets like some political parties are doing.

"Rather a PNC led administration will create jobs in agriculture, industry, manufacturing, in almost every sector because no Ghanaian is lazy."

All that every Ghanaian needs is opportunity and Dr. Mahama and the PNC will offer that opportunity, to every individual irrespective of their profession," he said.
