Leader of the Ghana Freedom Party, Akua Donkor, has expressed her trust in the Jean Mensah-led Electoral Commission.
She believes that the Commission will ensure the country has a free and fair election like it has always done.
Speaking at the Headquarters of the Commission where she filed her nomination, Akua Donkor indicated that “I’ve believe and trust in you that as you are at the helm of affairs, the lord will protect you and ensure that everything comes to a successful end”.
Akua Donkor joined a long list of persons who have filed their nomination to contest for the Presidency in the 2024 elections.
Prior to filing her nomination, Akua Donkor, who addressed some journalists, she delayed because of the bad roads at Nsawam Amasaman and had to put her hazard on to dodge the long winding traffic.
She assured journalists of providing them with cars and free fuel if she becomes President of Ghana.
