The CEO of Engineers and Planners, Ibrahim Mahama, has covered the full medical expenses for 14-year-old Ayisha Musa, who is battling a stomach tumour.

An amount of GH¢75,000 was paid for her treatment, with the payment made through Mahama’s Special Aide, Rafik Mahama, as confirmed by philanthropist Bones Man TV in a Facebook post on January 2, 2025.

"So, as promised by Mr. Ibrahim Mahama, as soon as we arrived at the hospital, he successfully paid the entire GH¢75,000 through his Special Aide Mr. Rafik Mahama," Bones Man TV who trumpeted Ayisha's condition wrote.

In addition to covering the current treatment costs, Ibrahim Mahama pledged to support any future medical expenses Ayisha may incur.

"He has also promised to cover any other costs that arise later. Abusua, this is more than I could ask for. Please help me thank Mr. Ibrahim Mahama for his extraordinary generosity," Bones Man added.

He also mentioned that Ibrahim Mahama had arranged for an ambulance to transport Ayisha to the hospital upon her arrival from Sunyani to the Kotoka International Airport.

Ayisha has been battling a stomach tumour for the past three years, causing severe swelling and water retention in her abdomen.

Her condition has worsened over time, causing daily swelling and weakening her overall health.

Ayisha's family, narrating their struggles, disclosed that they were at a point deceived by fraudulent individuals promising to cure Ayisha.

"We would travel to Sunyani for her treatments when we received small donations from the public. One day in Sunyani, a man approached us claiming he could raise funds for surgery with his contacts. We ended up sending him GH¢ 15,000, only to lose all contact with him as he stopped answering our calls," Ayisha’s mother revealed.
