John Mahama is Losing December Polls- NACOB Boss

The Executive Secretary of the Narcotics Control Board (NACOB), Mr Yaw Akrasi Sarpong after several years of commitment to the NDC has given up and advised some section of his staffs of the Board not to vote for the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) but rather vote for the Convention People's Party (CPP) instead.

According to him, his NDC led government has failed Ghanaians and lack the moral credentials to be given another chance to govern the country since its Presidential candidate John Dramani Mahama is not capable of managing the resources of the country, adding that the country will be doomed if John Dramani Mahama is given another second term.
"It is only the CPP that can build the developmental needs of the country since its track records from the first republic clearly attest to that". Mr Sarpong stressed during a meeting held with some officers of the Board in the headquarters.
The one time Secretary of State during the PNDC regime expressed his displeasure over the gross incompetence and overwhelming exhibition of corruption in the NDC led government as disgusting and regret serving as a government appointee.
Mr. Sarpong whose retirement ended just last Thursday 18th August, 2016 urged his staff not to waste their votes on the NDC government but look at a government that will seek their welfare.
"As for me, am waiting for my letter of acceptance from the Presidency after tendering in my retirement letter some months ago and as I retire and go whatever that happens here is my back case and it will serve your interest to vote for a more competent candidate who will seek your welfare"
Meanwhile some workers of the Narcotics Control Board have chided him for his inhuman and vindictive leadership style since assuming as the head.
A senior staff who is heading one of the regions lamented over the polarisation and tribalistic leadership style of Akrasi Sarpong who has become a dictator and intolerant.

Just imagine NACOB spending over hundred of thousands to train the best officers and later turns to resign? He quizzed, this is due to the frustrations after spending huge sums of monies to train them.
"Almost every month staffs tender in their resignations without Akrasi taking the lasting measures to curb the situation. NACOB is on the verge of collapsing due to his weak leadership style which is crippling the brilliant talents which the nation spent money to train over the years" the regional commander pointed.

They are calling on the President to immediately replace Akrasi Sarpong with a new person since his presence will be a disaster which will lead to mass resignation from the narcotics control board.
Efforts to reach Mr. Sarpong proved futile.
