He says John Dramani Mahama comes with a new direction and a sense of responsibility to make the lives of the ordinary Ghanaian better.
He spoke to Joy News in an interview when he made this known.
“The joy of having the mandate and being able to make things happen is what is resonating with me. I am so excited about President Mahama’s new direction and believe me, campaigning is over, the rhetoric is over, and we are going to deliver.
When I say we are going to deliver, I mean what I am saying, and that is what is making me so happy. We are getting the opportunity; the people’s mandate to prove a point to create jobs, bring up industries, and expand our agro-processing, and I can bet on it,” he said.
John Dramani Mahama will be sworn in as President of Ghana on January 7, 2024.
This will be his second term in office, and the president-elect has promised to work hard to ensure that he leaves a lasting legacy and betters the lives of the Ghanaian youth who reposed their trust in him.
He beat the New Patriotic Party convincingly in the 2024 elections by garnering 56% of the votes cast on December 7.
