A broadcast journalist of Rivers 90.1FM in Wasa Akropong in the Amenfi East District of the Western Region, Kwabena Anyanyanbia has threatened to lead a demonstration if the autopsy report of Kwadwo Asare Baffour Acheampong (KABA) doesn’t provide substantial facts about the cause of his death.
He made this known on Hope 107.1FM morning show dubbed 'Morning Dew' with its host, Bishop Oteng Gbortse on Tuesday 21st November 2017.
Mr. Kwabena Anyanyanbia argues that similar events within the media fraternity have been left uninvestigated and that it has become unbearable, the rate at which some media personalities have lost their lives without any concrete and convinced autopsy report to explain events that led to their deaths.
Confidence K Baah of Kesben Fm, Peace FM Correspondent King George and the current shocking demise of KABA are a few of the examples he gave of deaths that were mysterious and incomprehensible.
He also bemoaned the situation where media personnel are subjected to disrespect and impudence in the dispensation of their official duties by some so called leaders and citizens of the nation and called for a check in that regard.
