CHRAJ ruling on Anane pushed to September 15
Accra, Aug. 24, GNA - The Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) has postponed to September 15 its ruling on allegations of corruption, conflict of interest and abuse of office brought against the Minister of Transportation, Dr Richard Winfred Anane.
The Acting Commissioner for CHRAJ, Mrs Anna Bossman said the ruling originally scheduled for Thursday, August 24 was being postponed because of administrative and technical reasons.
She said the new date would be convenient to members of CHRAJ, counsel and other parties in the case. The allegations were made against Dr Anane following his relationship with a US lady, Alexandra O'Brien with whom he has a child.
