The case involving ace broadcaster Kwasi Kyei Darkwah has once again been adjourned by the Human Rights court hearing the matter.
The Justice Kofi Essel-Mensah court adjourned the case to Thursday January 15.
According to Starr News’ Wilberforce Asare, Lawyers for the fashion icon requested and were granted a private moment with the judge in the course of the trial.
Asare added that:” The lawyers come from the chambers all smiling and beaming with confidence”.
KKD is standing trial for allegedly raping a 19-year-old girl, a charge he has denied.
The fashion icon who has been on admission at the Police Hospital over swollen foot was not in court today.
