Two students of the SDA Senior High School in Koforidua Asokore of the Eastern region have been injured in a violent clash between the students of the School and the Koforidua Technical School, (KOTEC).
The Effiduase Police has arrested four students of KOTEC who took part in the hooliganism.
Information gathered indicates that male students of KOTEC went to SDA SHS to propose love to some female students in the evening which infuriated male students of SDA SHS.
This triggered violent clashes which led to hurling of stones against each other and in the process led to the injury of two students of SDA SHS.
The Headmaster of the School Hilda Yeboah upon hearing the situation called the Effiduase Police who stormed the School and managed to arrest four of the students.
The students have since been granted police enquiry bail while the injured have been treated and discharged.
The headmistress of SDA SHS Hilda Asante said because the school is not walled, intruders including male students from other schools and strange people invade the school at any time.
She appealed for support to help fence the school.
