The opposition NDC's Sammy Gyamfi on Friday alleged on Adom TV's morning show Badwam that some three journalists from citi FM, ghanaweb and TV3 were attacked by some security men at the NPP's head office.

Kamal-Deen, who was on the same show with Sammy Gyamfi, took advantage of the platform to condemn the alleged attack and stated that the party will carry out it's investigation and bring the perpetrators to book.

"I have no knowledge of such attack. However, I condemn any attack on any journalist and if this is true, I condemn it totally. I must say as a party, we will carry out our investigation and deal with whoever the offenders are." He said.

"The president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is a believer of free press. As attorney General he fought for the press freedom and for the repeal of the criminal libel law giving all of us seated here the opportunity to speak. It is not under his tenure as president that the press will be censored. This will not happen and cannot happen," the NPP National Youth Organiser aspirant added.
