Spokesperson for families of the three girls kidnapped in Takoradi, Mr Michael Hayford Grant, has vowed to physically abuse Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah if he fails to disclose the whereabouts of the missing girls.
An angry Hayford vowed to “slap the hell” out of Rev Bempah if he refuses to lead a search for the successful girls.
“See, I don’t mind going to jail because of that man [Rev Owusu Bempah], I will slap him. Those in jail are not animals, they are humans just like myself so it won't be out of the ordinary if i join them (for assaulting Owusu Bempah),” he stated with seething rage in an interview with NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’.
The Founder and Leader of the Glorious Word and Power Ministry International, Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah incurred the wrath of the families of the three kidnapped girls after claiming he knows their whereabouts.
He is reported to have also added that only President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo can compel him to disclose the location of the kidnapped girls.
“I know the whereabouts of the girls. If you dare me, just allow the President to call on me and ask me about their whereabouts and I will gladly tell him,” he stated on NEAT FM a couple of days ago.
But the families of the kidnapped girls appear unenthused by the man of God's comments, perhaps not having gotten over Director-General of the Criminal Investigations Department of the Ghana Police Service, COP Maame Tiwaa Addo Danquah's false claims that the police knew where the Takoradi kidnapped girls were. A remark she later amended to the effect that the discovery of the location of the girls gave hope to the security agencies of recovering the girls.
The clearly incensed spokesperson for the three families subsequently described Owusu Bempah as a "fake prophet".
