The Hospital Welfare Club has purchased a 33-seater bus costing Ghc420,000 to aid the transport needs of staff.

At a short ceremony to outdoor the bus, the Welfare Chairman, Mr. Stephen Corquaye said the purchase is to support staff participation in various activities such as funerals, weddings, etcetera.

He said the Club intends to do more in order to motivate staff and urge them to be part of the Club.

The Chief Executive, Dr. Daniel Asare applauded the Club for the bus.

He however encouraged them to do more in order to make staff more eager to be part of the Welfare Club.

He also advised them to manage the bus well to ensure its longevity.
