Kufuor Man Advises Akufo-Addo

Stop Selling Your Father’s
Property In Quest For
Power You Will Never Get

A very close associate to former President John Agyekum Kufuor, has advised Nana Akufo-Addo not to continue with the wanton sale of properties belonging to his late father, in his insatiable quest for power.
Pleading anonymity, the former President’s soul mate, in an exclusive telephone conversation with The Informer, said, the way and manner the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer is offering his late dad’s properties for sale is unfortunate and does not speak well of him.
According to the source, a large number of party members cannot hide the fact that, Nana Addo is so desperate to become the leader of Ghana; which has pushed him to make some reckless statements, like his famous “all-die-be-die” mantra, but his decision to be selling family properties bequeathed them by his late father, in pursuit of political power is appalling.
“My brother, it is a fact that Nana Addo needs money to be able to carry out his campaign, but honest with you, even if Nana Addo sell all of his late father’s properties, he will not win this election. So it is better he puts a stop to it”, the Kufuor’s man emphatically stated.
Asked why he thinks his party’s flagbearer cannot win the upcoming election, he said the arrogant posture of Nana Addo and his Akyem brothers, is something that Ghanaians are not prepared to accommodate, and there is no way they are going to change their minds to vote for him.
“The truth must be told; and it is that, this election cannot be won by the NPP; so if Nana Addo has made it his business to be selling his family properties, he does that at his own peril. Even though, not mentioning the name of the winning party, all discerning Ghanaians including some of us in the NPP know who will emerge victorious in the December 07 Presidential election”, the source further stated.
Asked to mention a single property that Nana Addo has sold, he replied that even though he may not be fully aware of all the properties sold, he stated for a fact that Nana Addo has sold a parcel of land opposite the Unibank Headquaters at Kokomlemle in Accra, to a private developer.
“Nana Addo’s ambition of becoming President is a fruitless one, so he better stop the irresponsible sale of his late dad’s properties”, the Kufuor’s soul mate concludes.
However, credible information gathered has it that, Nana Addo’s siblings are very angry about his reckless sale of properties belonging to the entire family.
