A National Democratic Congress(NDC) Parliamentary Candidate in the December 7 elections, Mr. Seth Kwame Dzokoto has asked the electorates to vote him into power to push for more development in the Tarkwa-Nsuaem constituency.
According to him, he has lined up a number of social interventions to better the standard of living of people in the area with special reference to the youth.
Mr. Kwame Dzokoto outlined his vision to this reporter after a keep-fit exercise involving party faithfuls and the communities from Nkanpoase to Tamso-Akyempim in the Tarkwa-Nsuaem constituency.
The exercise sought to energize the grass root to galvanize more support for President John Dramani Mahama in a bid to push his message through to the electorate to ensure a resounding victory in the up-coming Presidential elections.
Addressing the people,Mr. Kwame Dzokoto said he will be more accessible to the people in the area and use his popularity to lobby for developmental initiatives to accelerate the pace of development in the area.
He said to sustain the youth in Agricultural programme,he will assist them with machinery and liaise with chiefs to release lands for experts to train the youth in livestock production such as snail farming,grass-cutters,rabbits among others to make them gainfully employed.
Touching on health,the aspiring MP said he will push for government to establish a Mahama polyclinic in Nsuaem to cater for the health care needs of the people.
A Mahama Senior High Shool too will be established at Nuaem and initiate free vacation classes to cover English Language,Mathematics and Science for students in schools and those with deficits to write the November/December private examinations.
Mr. Dzokoto said the new NDC policy on small scale mining will also open so many underground pits and addicts for people to make ends meet.
He will also liaise with MASLOC and push for business women to solicit loans to ensure that business activities flourish and make market women become economically empowered.
